A report from BGR indicates that developers may see the seed of iOS 7 Beta 7 today, Monday August 19, 2013:

The seed is expected to launch at its usual time of around 1:00 P.M. EDT, and will fix a number of bugs and improve iOS 7's security and stability. BGR notes that they can confirm a different build number than the current beta. Notably, Apple just seeded iOS 7 Beta 6 last Thursday.
iOS 7 Beta 7, if seeded, will be installable on any iPhone, iPod touch, or iPad running that is currently running the iOS 7 Beta, and a select number of iOS devices that aren't yet running it. It can be installed one of two ways: via OTA (over the air) update in the Settings application, or via the download links in the developer center on Apple’s Web site.
iOS 7 will be released to the public this Fall. It includes several new features like a re-designed interface, Control Center, new animations, and much more.
If iOS 7 Beta 7 does drop today as the rumor indicates, we will keep you updated.
